Application Engineer – NX and Solidedge
Experience: 2+ years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Skills
- Proficiency in NX / Solid Edge for 3D CAD modeling, drafting, and simulation.
- Experience in handling customer queries and providing technical software support.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering practices.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers using NX/Solid Edge software.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and guide customers on best practices.
- Conduct product training and user demonstrations for customers.
- Assist customers with software implementation and deployment.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Travel to customer locations as required for support, training, and implementation.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as per business requirements.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
